The Guinness Partnership Housing Association - Fuel Poverty Initiative

EndoTherm Energy Saving Case Study
Nationwide, United Kingdom

The Guinness Partnership has taken the progressive step of installing EndoTherm Energy Saving Additive in all planned maintenance visits to reduce the cost of heating for their most energy inefficient homes/low income tenants, at no cost to the householder. It is hoped that a targeted approach to specific clients will reach the most vulnerable people at risk of fuel poverty.

The Guinness Partnership are committed to the environment and are developing Environmental, Sustainability and Decarbonisation Strategies. They already work to a home energy standard, approved in 2015, which aligns to the Fuel Poverty Regulations and aims to ensure all homes meet a minimum of EPC C (Standard Assessment Procedure (‘SAP’) rating of 69) by 2030.

They also aim to fully decarbonise their homes, offices and operations by 2050, in line with Government’s net zero carbon targets.
