Endo Enterprises (UK) are delighted to announce that EndoTherm™ has won the Energy Saving Product of the Year award at the 2016 CIBSE Building Performance Awards

The Building Performance Awards are considered to be one of CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers) most high profile and prestigious set of accolades and they emphasise the importance of improving building performance which they state as being one of the most important challenges for the industry to tackle over the next generation.

The awards, held at the Grosvenor House in London was hosted by the delightful Louise Minchin who is co-incidentally the BBC Breakfast partner of Bill Turnbill who hosted the H&V News Awards where EndoTherm was successful for domestic product of the year back in April.

The Energy Saving Product of the Year Category reflected the importance of energy efficiency with 5 very different but equally innovative ideas making the shortlist. All are a credit to their respected companies and highlight the strength of innovation within the UK marketplace.

EndoTherm was eventually chosen as the winner with these judges comments:

‘All the numbers surrounding the EndoTherm energy saving additive from Endo Enterprises are particularly impressive. For example, it has been independently proven to save 15% on heating bills and it is 100% organic, giving it an exceptionally low carbon footprint. On top of this, in the past 12 months there have been multiple EndoTherm trial installations serving as case studies and savings have averaged at 17.5% (compensated with Degree Days) during that period.

EndoTherm is versatile, being designed for any wet heating system from traditional systems to ground and air source heat pumps and solar thermal. The technology can also work to improve the energy efficiency of chilled water systems.

EndoTherm is easy to retrofit and has the potential to save millions.

We are delighted by the reception received after winning the award and I would like to also thank our partners, distributors, agents and customers for their support over the past few years.

I would like to also specifically thank EndoTherm inventor Robert Wilson for introducing us to his ideas and allowing us the privilege to commercialise his concept into the product we see today.

We are always interested in discussing the product, its proven performance and its potential with new organisations. If you would like to find out more please contact me at dale.edginton@endoenterprises.com or call us on 01925747101.
